This demo was carried out at the Metalworks Studios in Toronto, one of Canada’s leading recording studio. Many people believe speaker isolation is required to decouple the monitors from a poor supporting surface that may be resonating and introducing unwanted frequencies. In this demo, we have matching monitors on heavy steel stands and you can hear the results of the ISO-L8R200 allowing the monitors to „float” while keeping all movement on-axis. Bass smear is gone, and you’ll hear more openess in the mid-range.
